What do I receive after uploading my documents?
The agent produces a first draft in minutes. Our engineers review the results, focusing on the product you chose. You receive the complete bid pack: questions, estimated hours, a suggested price and draft offer documents.
Can I try one product or use them together?
Choose Bid Sentinel for issues and clarification questions, Bid Compass for effort and pricing, or Bid Scribe for draft offer documents. They share the same underlying analysis. Early access includes the complete bid pack, with our review focused on your choice. You can also ask us to help you choose.
Can I see a result before sharing documents?
Yes. Each product’s “See it in action” button opens its area of the live demo. You can also request a demo or leave your details without uploading confidential documents.
What does Bid Scribe draft?
It drafts the technical offer, financial offer and compliance table. Your team reviews the content, refines the proposed solution and decides what to submit. Nothing is sent to your client automatically.
How does Bid Compass calculate effort and price?
Bid Compass sizes the software using function-point analysis, based on ISO/IEC 20926. Function points measure what the software needs to do. The size is converted into estimated hours. Monte Carlo simulation then models risks, estimation uncertainty and client delays to produce ranges for effort and delivery time. These results inform the suggested price, with sources and assumptions shown.
Will the estimate reflect how our team works?
Initial estimates use industry figures. As you record actual hours from completed projects, the estimates can be calibrated to your team.
What happens when requirements change?
New requirements, client feedback and decisions can be reviewed in a later analysis to revisit questions, scope, estimates and draft documents. Early access is a reviewed snapshot of the material you send, not continuous monitoring. If more information arrives, contact us about a follow-up review. Ongoing updates through the site are planned for the full product.
What documents can I use, and what does early access cost?
Use a public or private software tender, project brief, requirements, client replies or meeting notes. Early access is free for a small number of companies and includes the complete bid pack, with the review focused on your chosen product.
